Sanitation Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Team Member to join our team at Shearer's Foods Manufacturing. As a key member of our sanitation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our plant.


Responsibilities:
  • Clean all areas of the plant, including ceilings, floors, and equipment, using industrial power-washing equipment and chemical cleaning solutions.
  • Operate a forklift and scissor lift to access hard-to-reach areas and transport equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in industrial cleaning or janitorial services, with a focus on using industrial power-washing equipment and chemical cleaning solutions.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to high temperatures, fumes, moving parts, noise, allergens, heights, and hot surfaces.
