About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Wellington Senior Living. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical building and grounds are held to the highest standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping departments, including budget, staffing, and compliance.
  • Ensure quality consistency and maintain resident satisfaction with community and their apartments.
  • Be a safety scout and keep safety of employees, guests, and residents at top of mind.
  • Manage and maintain a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in apartment or other multiple unit maintenance with supervisory experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, floor/carpet care, and refurbishing.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items more than 50 pounds.
  • Good physical health and ability to perform assigned tasks.
  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a health screening.
