Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per yearThis compensation range reflects the typical salary range for an LPN in the Northampton, Lehigh, and Monroe counties area, based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs an LPN at BAYADA Home Health Care, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, one-on-one private duty nursing care to our clients in their homes. You will work closely with our clinical teams to develop personalized care plans, administer medications, perform vital signs, and provide emotional support to our clients and their families.
- Provide direct patient care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account each client's unique needs and goals
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- MAR-EPA certification
