Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our team at Silver Reef Casino Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Make beds, change sheets, remove and replace used towels and toiletries, and restock supplies.
  • Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, and polishing guest rooms and public areas.
  • Laundry: Wash, dry, and fold laundry, and strip bedding as needed.
  • Supply Management: Stock and sort supplies, and report any out-of-order items to supervisors.
  • Guest Services: Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests, and ensure the security and privacy of guest rooms.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to understand, read, and write simple English, and possess good communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Work in a moderate noise level environment, and be exposed to risk of electrical shock in laundry areas.
