Position Overview: The Home Building Team Members are responsible for executing the manufacturing processes assigned within each department of the home construction workflow. This role adheres to established production protocols and emphasizes safe work practices to maximize efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safe work practices to ensure efficient production while complying with all relevant safety regulations.
- Collaborate within a team to manufacture products that meet our quality standards while achieving productivity goals.
- Act as a responsible custodian of company assets, ensuring they are protected from damage and misuse, reporting maintenance needs, and maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Support the Team Leader and Area Coordinator in organizing manufacturing activities by communicating potential material shortages, identifying maintenance needs for tools, and addressing any quality or productivity concerns.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED is preferred.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to various departments as needed.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings is highly desirable.
Must be capable of walking, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds, along with other physical tasks as required.
