Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team at Universal Pediatrics, Inc. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and provide therapies, treatments, and interventions as scheduled in accordance with the plan of care and physician's orders.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including families, to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote independence and self-management.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to facilitate trust and open communication.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic medical record system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pediatric home health care and adapt to changing patient needs.
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure, without restrictions.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance coverage.
  • CPR certification required but may be obtained after hire.
  • COVID-19 vaccine compliance.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
