CarePartners Health Services, a leading provider of post-acute care in western North Carolina, is seeking an experienced LPN to join our team at the CarePartners Rehabilitation Hospital. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

We are looking for a highly skilled LPN who can deliver high-quality patient-centered care by performing a variety of delegated basic patient care services. In collaboration with the RN and other members of the care team, the LPN will provide individualized, comprehensive care consistent with the scope and standards of the specialty.

The successful candidate will have:

  • BLS certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
