Position Overview
As a Clinical Nurse in our CDU, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working in a 14-bed unit where assessment skills are crucial, particularly for patients transitioning from the emergency department who are generally stable but require attentive management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse patient load with acuity-dependent ratios.
- Collaborate with a team-oriented approach to meet the evolving needs of patients.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your nursing skills.

Work Schedule
We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with shifts available during nights and weekends.

Qualifications
- An Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- We welcome applications from both experienced nurses and new graduates.

Travel Requirements
Travel is minimal, with expectations of never or rarely needing to travel.
