About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Primark. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers are informed about our latest fashion offerings
  • Ensure that the store is visually appealing, with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a well-organized stockroom
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling customer returns and exchanges
  • Receive and unpack new deliveries, ensuring that products are correctly priced and displayed
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Knowledge of fashion and the latest trends, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role
