Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Wellness Department, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Refill Management: Retrieve refill orders from the refill line, notify pharmacies of requested refills, and track refill order tracking.
  3. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies, including ordering and removing out-of-date supplies.
  4. Patient Care: Take and record medical history and vital signs, and provide basic patient care as needed.
  5. Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  6. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; previous experience in a medical office setting preferred; Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant certification a plus.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Remote Work: No
