Graphic Artist

The Air Combat Command is seeking a skilled Graphic Artist to join their team at the Davis Monthan AFB Recreation Center. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing production of assorted products in the engraving shop.

• 
  
• Design and execute production of assorted products using computer graphic design software and equipment.
  
• Maintain graphics shop equipment and ensure it is operational at all times.
  
• Coordinate with purchasing agents to select and prepare resale stock and supply orders.
  
• Provide customer service and assist shop users with design selection.
  
• Train other staff to assist in the engraving shop as necessary.
  

• 
  
• Experience and knowledge in the operations and management of graphics areas.
  
• Progressively responsible experience in computer graphic design software and basic artistic talent.
  
• Knowledge of methods and procedures of printing processes and equipment.
  
• Ability to read, write, spell and figure basic math and measurements.
  
• Clear speaking voice and ability to deal with the public.
