We're looking for a Retail Sales Associate who will be the heartbeat of our store, keeping the shelves stocked, the coffee brewing, and our customers happy.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  2. Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by restocking shelves, cleaning the store, and disposing of trash.
  3. Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the cash register.
  4. Foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Requirements:

  • Age requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older if located in certain states.
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Communication skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.

Compensation and Benefits:
