Cleared Escort Specialist

IDS International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleared Escort to support a federal agency escort program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for escorting and monitoring visitors to secure sites, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough identification and verification of visitors to ensure only authorized personnel have access to secure facilities.
• Escort and monitor operational vendors at all times while on site, maintaining a high level of situational awareness.
• Escalate equipment issues found by vendors immediately to the onsite DT, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed visitor access logs, adhering to site requirements and regulations.
• Prevent the unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.
• Properly cleanse secured areas prior to escorting uncleared personnel into the facility, ensuring a secure and safe environment.
• Follow all company security and safety policies, maintaining a strong commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Must currently hold an active TS/SCI with Poly clearance to escort persons who do not hold adequate security credentials within the secured facility.
• Must be located within the DMV area, with the ability to report to a secure site for shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
• High School Diploma or GED, with the ability to provide detailed written and verbal incident reports, operate a two-way radio, and professionally interact with other personnel.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for 8-hour shifts in outdoor settings and all weather conditions, with occasional lifting and/or moving of moderate amounts of weight.
