Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team in the Newcastle, WA area.

This full-time position will involve working with a diverse group of elementary-aged students, providing individualized and group therapy sessions to address various speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input on students speech and language needs.
  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and integrate new techniques as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Eligible for Clinical Fellowship, with the ability to obtain state licensure in Washington.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
