Agricultural Leadership Professor

We are seeking an exceptional Agricultural Leadership Professor to join our team at the University of South Dakota's Beacom School of Business. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

The University of South Dakota is a comprehensive, liberal-arts-based state institution with an enrollment of approximately 10,000 students. Our Beacom School of Business offers undergraduate and graduate programs that provide students with a quality business education that goes beyond expectations.

This is a full-time position as either a tenure-track or a non-tenure-track position in agricultural leadership, beginning in the 2025-26 academic year. The successful candidate is expected to teach agricultural leadership and management-related courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

• Teach classes in the traditional and online environments
• Engage in related scholarly research
• Service for the department, profession, and broader community

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a graduate degree in agricultural leadership or a related field. A record of or potential for contribution to the scholarship in their field is also required. Additionally, proficiency in oral and written communication, and enthusiasm for engagement, service, and the public good are preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.
