- Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills, and working knowledge of health, mental health, and social services agencies
- Ability to utilize Excel, Word, and other software programs, and establish cooperative working relationships
- Ability to work independently, and set priorities
- Demonstrated writing skills to compose logical, detailed, and grammatically correct correspondence
- Document patient care in a concise and comprehensive manner
