About the Role:
Optum is seeking a highly skilled Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician to join our team in a value-based care environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and patient-centered setting, providing high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide adult primary care, focusing on value-based care and supported by a robust team of specialists
- Work in a physician-led, patient-centered team-based environment
- Participate in a comprehensive care team, including advanced practice clinicians

Requirements:
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
