As a regional airline operating under the American Eagle brand, Air Wisconsin Airlines is committed to delivering safe and enjoyable travel experiences across the Midwest and East Coast. Our maintenance team is responsible for both scheduled and unscheduled upkeep of our fleet of Bombardier CRJ-200 aircraft, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct maintenance on CRJ 200 series aircraft
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic systems to component level, adhering to FAA regulations
  • Perform disassembly, rework, repair, and reassembly of aircraft components
  • Interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Execute operational and preventive checks on flight controls and avionics systems
  • Maintain electrical systems, including wiring and instrument repairs
  • Complete all tasks in accordance with maintenance manuals and safety regulations
  • Document all maintenance activities accurately

Qualifications:
  • Must possess an FAA Airframe and Powerplant License
  • Experience in aircraft troubleshooting is preferred
  • CRJ experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with technical data systems
  • Valid driver's license required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

For Avionic Technician applicants, additional requirements include:
  • FCC General Radio Telephone Operators License (GROL)
  • NCATT AET certification or proof of graduation from an accredited avionics program
