Insulation Specialist

Sanfilippo Solutions inc is seeking a skilled Insulation Installer to join our team. As an Insulation Installer, you will play a critical role in helping homeowners reduce their energy consumption and create a more comfortable living space. Your primary responsibility will be to install insulation measures in residential homes, including dense pack walls, floors, attics, and ceilings with cellulose insulation, fiberglass insulation, and spray foam. You will also be responsible for weatherstripping doors, attic hatches, and windows, and fulfilling work scopes as directed by the crew chief and energy auditor. To be successful in this role, you must be physically fit, able to stand, kneel, or work outdoors during extreme weather conditions, lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work from heights no greater than 25 feet. You will also need to be able to crawl under or through tight, dirty spaces. You will also learn how to weatherstrip doors, attic hatches, and windows, and fulfill work scopes as directed by the crew chief and energy auditor.
