Salary and Benefits

As a Registered Nurse at Genesis HealthCare, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $32 to $34 per hour, depending on experience and location. Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective plans of care. You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff members. Your ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams is essential in ensuring seamless care delivery.

You will work closely with patients and their families to establish realistic goals and interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and optimize outcomes. Your role requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
  • CPR Certification is required
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred
