Job Title: Business Analyst/Project Manager with BankingJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Project Manager with expertise in banking to drive Agile processes for efficient project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate business requirements and technical requirements, create user stories, and guide projects through the SDLC.

Key responsibilities include requirements gathering, schedule and facilitation of collaborative stakeholder meetings, change management for platform enhancements, and effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Agile processes for efficient project delivery
  • Translate business requirements and technical requirements
  • Create user stories and guide projects through the SDLC
  • Gather requirements and facilitate collaborative stakeholder meetings
  • Manage change management for platform enhancements
  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Design and deliver presentations to communicate project progress
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure a smooth transition from requirements to implementation
