Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Alternate Solutions Health Network LLC is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Centerville, Ohio.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, as ordered by the attending physician.
  • Assess patient conditions and notify the Occupational Therapist of any changes.
  • Develop and implement plans of care to improve patient functional status.
  • Counsel patients and families on disease management and proper use of equipment.
  • Document all clinical activities and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Current license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) in the state of employment.
  • Minimum one year of experience as an OTA in an acute care setting, with home care experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
