Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide essential services for students in grades K-12 in a school setting. This role requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for an SLPA with previous school experience and IEP/AAC exposure, although this is not mandatory.
  • The ideal candidate must hold an active or pending state SLPA license.
  • This position offers guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services, providing stability and opportunities for professional growth.

Benefits Package:

  • Competitive weekly pay with a salary of approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
  • Guaranteed work hours ensure a stable income.
  • Payment for both direct and indirect services rendered.
  • Liability insurance coverage for added security.
  • Industry-leading health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits are available for full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week.
  • Stipends may be available under certain circumstances.
