Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meats with marinades and vegetables to meet customer demands.
  • Effectively merchandise products by maintaining a clean and organized display area.
  • Replenish meat displays and maintain a high level of product freshness.
  • Organize, clean, and sanitize display cases, countertops, and other areas of the Meat department.
  • Provide prompt service by dispatching customers' orders for various meat, seafood, and cremeria products.
  • Identify various meats and corresponding codes to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Deliver extraordinary customer service by smiling and greeting all customers.

Requirements:

  • A friendly, courteous attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic understanding of English language; basic understanding of Spanish language a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in refrigerated coolers and around humidity for short periods of time.
  • Meat experience a plus but not required.
