Electrical Foreman Job Description

Penco Electrical Contractors, Inc. is a leading electrical contracting company with 40 years of experience serving the Metro Atlanta Area and throughout the Southeastern United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical systems, circuits, and plans to ensure accurate installation and maintenance.
  • Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer's installation manuals to complete assigned projects efficiently.
  • Comply with current National Electric Code and industry standards to ensure safety and quality.
  • Install, maintain, modify, and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment.
  • Lead and manage small crews to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 6 or more years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Computer literacy and ability to work with various software and tools.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

Applicants must be able to pass an aptitude test, background check, and drug screening to ensure the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
