Ambulatory Infusion Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Ambulatory Infusion Nurse to join our dynamic team at Johns Hopkins Care at Home. As a critical care nurse with experience in infusion therapy, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple locations in Howard and Baltimore Counties, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and IVs through PICC, mid- and central lines, and ultrasound-guided peripherals
- Provide patient education and support to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and document patient information accurately
- BSN preferred; RNs without a BSN must enroll in a BSN program and complete the degree within 4 years of their start date
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in critical care (ICU, ICU Stepdown, ER, IR) preferred
- Infusion experience highly desired
- Current Maryland RN license or licensure in a compact state that allows practice in Maryland
- CPR required
