Lockheed Martin is focused on nurturing the next generation of assemblers through collaboration with Valencia College's Accelerated Skills Training, specifically in the Electronic Board Assembly Program, followed by an apprenticeship at our Training and Logistics Solutions facility.
In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills as an Assembler Apprentice while assisting with a diverse range of products and programs.

Your Role:- Assemble cables and harnesses that support various missile launcher systems.
- Work on subassemblies for imaging systems utilized in Virginia and Columbia class submarines.
- Maintain racks, cabinets, and consoles for controlling Arleigh Burke Class Destroyers and testing avionics on Aircraft Carriers.
- Support high-fidelity simulators/trainers for the Abrams, F-16, and F-35.

Qualifications:- Completion of Valencia's Electronic Board Assembly program or an equivalent pre-hire apprenticeship training.
- Current WHMA-A 620 Certification with proven Class 3 workmanship.
- Current J-STD 001 Certification with proven Class 3 workmanship.

Work Environment:This position requires onsite full-time work at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule:Lockheed Martin supports various alternative work schedules that offer additional flexibility. Options range from standard 40-hour weeks to condensed schedules, providing employees with extra time away from the office, in addition to paid time off benefits.
This position follows a 4x10 hour work schedule, allowing for three days off each week.
