Forklift Operator Job Description

At Costco Wholesale Corp., we're seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of merchandise and equipment throughout our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate an electric stand-up forklift to transport pallets of merchandise and equipment
  • Hand stack product from partial pallets onto full pallets of product
  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members to achieve operational goals
Requirements:
  • Ability to operate an electric forklift safely and efficiently
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
