**Job Summary**
Healthcare Talent Support is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and teens with autism.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings, ensuring effective treatment planning and implementation.
- Provide direct behavior analysis services to individuals, including skill acquisition training and behavior reduction strategies.
- Collaborate with team members, including Behavior Analysts and other professionals, to ensure seamless treatment planning and implementation.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions for intervention adjustments.
- Provide behavior management strategies and techniques to support individuals in achieving their goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, adhering to industry standards.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field required.
- Masters degree in psychology preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
- Experience working within an educational setting a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and documentation.
