**Job Summary**

Healthcare Talent Support is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and teens with autism.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings, ensuring effective treatment planning and implementation.
  • Provide direct behavior analysis services to individuals, including skill acquisition training and behavior reduction strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members, including Behavior Analysts and other professionals, to ensure seamless treatment planning and implementation.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions for intervention adjustments.
  • Provide behavior management strategies and techniques to support individuals in achieving their goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, adhering to industry standards.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field required.
  • Masters degree in psychology preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
  • Experience working within an educational setting a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and documentation.
