Become a part of Benchmark's Early Intervention Services team as a Bilingual Speech Therapist. Our focus is on providing comprehensive care for children experiencing disabilities or developmental delays.
As a Speech Therapist, your key responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tracking progress, and delivering essential support to families.Additional Locations:

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to all Federal and State regulations.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments.
- Build relationships with children and their families.
- Implement IFSP for enrolled families.
- Provide families with valuable information and support.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Follow health and safety protocols.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in CT.
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Valid CT driver’s license.
- Minimum one year of experience in early intervention.
- Commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
