About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Scotland County, North Carolina. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote clients' independence and safety.
  • Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote healthy living.
  • Accurately document client care management and services provided.
Requirements
  • A current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
