Job Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Flagstar Nursing. As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in community group homes in the Beaver County area.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight of medical care for 4-6 individuals per home during your shift
  • Ensure physician orders, medications, and treatments are carried out
  • Perform general health monitoring
  • Travel between homes as needed

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
  • Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA
  • One year of experience as an LPN preferred
  • Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities
  • A current and valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
  • CPR/BLS Certified
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong patient assessment skills and demonstrated clinical competency
