Job Description:

Serving multiple venues across both sides of the resort, this seasonal full-time position offers a unique opportunity to develop your culinary skills and lead a team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead culinary operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management and oversight.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members, promoting growth and excellence within the team.
  • Develop and implement menus, taking into account guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal availability of ingredients.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards, fostering a welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local suppliers and manage inventory efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field (high school diploma or equivalent required).
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
  • Ability to obtain a current CA Food Handler's Manager Card.
Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $42,068 - $59,989 based on a standard 40-hour workweek and assuming an hourly rate of $20.54 - $29.38 per hour.
