Join Our Team as a Clinical Advisor

We're seeking a skilled Clinical Advisor to support our Employer segment and be an integral part of our account team. As a Clinical Advisor, you'll utilize your clinical background in a client-facing role to positively impact the health of clients and members while reducing healthcare costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the clinical subject matter expert on the account team, providing consulting services to current and prospective clients.
  • Analyze drug utilization patterns and trends for our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) clients, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver quarterly and annual reporting to clients, in partnership with the account owner.
  • Educate clients on CVS Health's clinical programs and make strategic solution recommendations that meet their unique benefit plan needs.
  • Update client-specific clinical benefit elections, ensuring seamless implementation.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of managed care pharmacist experience or 1 year of Managed Care Residency program.
  • Active pharmacist license in good standing.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient analytical ability with effective listening and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of drug utilization patterns and trends as it relates to the PBM industry.
