Engineering Co-op/Intern

THP is continuously on the lookout for structural engineering co-op and intern candidates eager to learn in a stimulating and fulfilling work atmosphere. This position offers opportunities in various project types, including new construction and retrofitting across diverse building structures serving multiple sectors such as commercial, healthcare, higher education, industrial, and public facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to:

  • Learn independently and collaboratively about new systems and design methodologies.
  • Conduct analysis and design of structural systems applicable to various building types.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with in-house personnel and other design team members.
  • Perform evaluations of existing structures and carry out structural observations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Civil or Architectural Engineering program.
  • Educational experience in the design of various building materials.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Revit is advantageous.
