We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Easy Tiger, a leading brand in the Austin food scene. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our South Lamar location.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Maintain a well-stocked and organized retail bake shop, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Drink Preparation: Prepare high-quality espresso and other beverages in a fast-paced environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to guests, responding to their needs and promoting our menu offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless order execution.
- Certifications: Hold current Texas Food Handlers and TABC Certification.
- Experience: One year of prior Barista experience preferred.
- Availability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Skills: Strong communication and multitasking skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
