About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Waterproofing Laborer to join our team at Basements Plus. As a key member of our crew, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality waterproofing solutions to our customers.

Job Summary

• Install company-owned waterproofing products according to quality standards, job specifications, and safety regulations.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in good working order.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation and Quality Control

1. Load company trucks with necessary materials before departing for job sites.
2. Perform installations that meet or exceed quality standards.
3. Collaborate with the Crew Leader to ensure timely completion of projects.
4. Offer suggestions to enhance job efficiency, quality, or safety.

Customer Experience

1. Ensure customer satisfaction with completed work.
2. Leave customer properties clean and tidy upon completion.
3. Provide exceptional customer service experiences.

Vehicle Maintenance and Safety

1. Clean and maintain company vehicles upon return to the depot.
2. Take care of company products, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

• Lift 50+ pounds as required by the job.
• Operate power tools safely and effectively.
• Work in confined spaces (crawl spaces) as needed.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Possess strong communication skills for interacting with homeowners.
• Emphasize cleanliness and safety on job sites.
• Hold a clean driving record.
• Possess a chauffeur's license and medical card (preferred).
