We are seeking a skilled Long Term Care Nurse to provide high-quality care to our aging patients. As a LTC LPN, you will administer medication, follow care orders, and work closely with other nurses and nurses aids to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Assess patient wellbeing and make notes on issues as needed
Administer prescribed medications as directed
Make rounds with physicians as needed, offering personal experience with the patient and taking care notes
Assist other nurses or nurses aids as needed to keep the shift moving and provide excellent care
Qualifications
Active, valid nursing license within Michigan
1 year experience working in long term care
Covid vaccinated
Able to pass background check and drug screen
