Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, where you will have the opportunity to provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis center.
About the Role
This role requires flexibility, strong nursing skills, and a commitment to improving patient health through quality initiatives. You will work closely with patients and their families, managing treatment plans while collaborating with a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
- Manage treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Care for a diverse range of patients, including those with multiple comorbidities
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting

Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is between $ $60,000 and $ $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The final compensation offer will be based on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
