Key Responsibilities:

  • Punctually arrive at client locations while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Conduct thorough assessments of plumbing problems and devise effective solutions
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes and fixtures for water and gas
  • Perform detailed inspections and tests of plumbing systems to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with regulations
  • Deliver quality workmanship to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Represent MVP Plumbing LLC with professionalism and care
  • Inform clients about additional services offered
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately
  • Organize and manage tools and equipment effectively
  • Ensure thorough cleanup of job sites after completion

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Eligibility for insurance coverage through our auto insurance
  • 3-5 years of relevant plumbing experience
  • Demonstrated history of reliable work
  • Successful completion of a background check

Additional Requirements:

  • Must provide personal tools
  • Strong communication and sales skills are essential
  • Ability to handle most service calls independently
  • Physical capability to lift sewer machines, climb roofs, and access crawl spaces
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
