  • Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud costs, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant professional training are a plus.
  • Experience: Good experience in system administration, and in a cloud operations & DevOps.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, etc.) and Azure services (VMs, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, etc.).
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale AWS environments.
  • Automation and IaC Tools: Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.
  • Scripting Skills: Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Containerization Technologies: Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Network Configurations: Understanding of network configurations, firewalls, VPN, and load balancers in a cloud environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional.
  • Security Specialty: AWS Certified Security – Specialty
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
