Dynamic Property Care Role

Excellence Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Professional Horticulturist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our properties by ensuring that all landscaping, horticulture, and grounds maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute grounds maintenance schedules to ensure all areas are well-maintained and visually appealing.
  
• Inspect and maintain landscape features, including gardens, lawns, and trees, to ensure optimal health and appearance.
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of long-term horticultural plans to enhance the aesthetic appeal and environmental sustainability of our properties.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including pruning, fertilizing, and pest control, to ensure the health and well-being of plants.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• 5+ years of experience in horticulture, grounds maintenance, or a related field.
  
• Excellent knowledge of horticultural practices, including pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a variety of equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and pruners.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
