Job Responsibilities
As a Home Health and Community Care Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
- Supporting clients with mobility and transfer needs
- Encouraging socialization and engagement through recreational activities
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement client-centered care plans
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in disability care (preferably)
- A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, proof of insurance, and minimum age of 18
- References from personal or professional contacts
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is between $33,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
