School Psychologist Position in Portland

Overview:
">Amergis is seeking a School Psychologist to support students with mental health and developmental issues in the Portland area. The successful candidate will provide on-site psychological services, aid in qualifying students for additional support services, and maintain current state licensures and certifications.
Salary:
$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
Job Description:
">The School Psychologist works closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to identify and address students' needs. This role involves providing individual and group counseling, developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans, and collaborating with educators to improve academic and social outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Maintain current State licensures and/or certifications in state of assignment
- Experience in pediatric and adolescent population preferred
- Master's degree in psychology preferred
- Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Participation and completion of Amergis' Competency program when applicable
- Understand patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
