Job Description

CDW is seeking a highly skilled UC Engineer to join our team. As a UC Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IP-based call center solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop technical solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IP-based call center solutions
  • Develop and implement technical architecture and physical design of the network
  • Analyze existing voice and data networks and recommend solutions
  • Set up, configure, and test components of the Cisco IP Contact Center
  • Participate in IT projects to improve and upgrade converged network solutions

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
  • General knowledge and understanding in area of expertise and associated equipment, processes or systems

  • Competitive salary range: $160,000 - $184,000, depending on experience and skill set
