Arthrex Regional Sales Representative

This role requires a driven professional to manage caseloads based on surgery schedules with varying hours. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to receive coaching, training, and mentoring.
- Increase territory results by identifying and implementing new sales plans and marketing strategies.
- Transfer knowledge to peer Sales Representatives and Sales Associates when needed.
- Participate in sales meetings, local labs, and off-site training sessions.
Bachelor's degree required; experience in the orthopedic medical device industry is a plus. Must be comfortable in surgery environments with excellent communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities.
