Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes
- Supervise and coordinate care provided by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Patient Care Assistants (PCAs)
- Facilitate communication with physicians, families, and other healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BSN degree preferred
- No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
