Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Handler - Asset Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling and processing assets, ensuring accurate and efficient processing, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and process assets, including receiving, inspecting, and storing items
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of assets, including data entry and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as logistics, operations, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
