We're looking for an accomplished pharmacist to lead our PGY2 pharmacy residency program as a clinical pharmacy resident. You'll play a key part in providing top-notch patient care, contributing to our clinical services, and growing as a skilled healthcare professional.
Responsibilities
As a clinical pharmacy resident, your main duties will include:
- Leveraging your expertise to guide patients, healthcare teams, and others on effective medication use and management.
- Thoroughly reviewing patient medications to identify areas for enhancement.
- Creating personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and objectives.
- Maintaining precise records of patient encounters and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this position, you'll require:
- A Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution and licensure to practice in West Virginia or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in a clinical pharmacy setting is highly regarded, though not necessary.
