Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Coral Ridge Outpatient Center. As a GI/Endoscopy Registered Nurse, you will work in a fast-paced endoscopy suite at a multi-specialty ASC, providing top-notch care to patients undergoing various outpatient surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care, from pre-op to post-op, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for all patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely care.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of surgical procedures, patient management, and aseptic techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Florida Nursing License.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of GI experience, with PREOP/PACU experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing patient conditions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teaching skills.
  • Demonstrate strong professional and ethical behavior, with a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
